Clinical Nutrition
Using specific diet and supplemental
protocols to enhance our cellular function
and maximize our body’s defense mechanisms.
Western Botanical
medicine
Botanical medicine, also called herbal
medicine or phytotherapy, is the use of
plants for their therapeutic or medicinal
value and is the oldest form of health care
known to mankind. Naturopathic physicians
are regarded by many as the medical experts
in botanical medicine as their training and
clinical experience is extensive in this
area.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and
Acupuncture
TCM is an elegant, time-honored system of
medicine that respects the energetic as well
as physical aspect to our being. Acupuncture
is an ancient form of Chinese medicine
involving the insertion of small acupuncture
needles into the skin at specific points on
the body to achieve a therapeutic effect.
Acupuncture is most effective when done in a
series of four to six weekly sessions.
Homeopathy
Homeopathy uses minute amounts of natural
substances that stimulate the body’s own
self-healing capacity and are specific to
the totality of each person.
Bowen Therapy
The Bowen Technique is a gentle therapy that
works on muscles & tendons and allows the
body to "reprogram" how it holds itself. The
result is a balancing of the structural and
functional systems and an increase in
overall wellbeing. Great for pain relief!
Bio Impedence
Analysis (BIA)
BIA is a non-invasive technique that
involves placing some sticky electrical
conductors on one hand and foot and
connecting a battery powered meter to
measure two electrical readings. These are
put into a computer to generate a detailed
report about your levels of hydration,
toxicity, and weight loss.
Low Level Laser
therapy
Laser is amplified light. This nonsurgical
therapy has been shown to reduce pain,
promote faster healing, increase bone repair
speed, relax muscles, decrease swelling and
inflammation, enhance immune cells and
reenergize sick and injured cell membranes.
It is a useful tool in the treatment of
fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, low
back pain, menstrual pain, chronic joint
disorders, wound healing and bone
regeneration.
Biotherapeutic
Drainage
A form of treatment aimed at supporting the
body’s natural routes of eliminating
toxicity and enhancing the cellular function
of the organs and tissues.
Intravenous
Therapies
I.V. Therapies allow for large doses of
medicines to enter directly into the blood
stream, which can mean dramatic benefits for
immune support, cancer and chronic diseases!
